To promote marching band in The Greater Tucson Metropolitan Area.
ESPN:Take note,this is when College Football coverage was awesome!
They should try picking the top marching bands in the country for the Super Bowl instead of the generally terrible shows they get. At least with marching bands you know they don't sound good (if they sound good) only on CD.
